Junior Application Manager

Support day-to-day operations of Servest Business Systems and third-party applications by providing first and second-line support to resolve reported problems. Facilitate incidents between customers and vendor partners while taking ownership of user issues and responding to client enquiries to ensure resolution. Escalate complex calls to the relevant Systems Manager and assist in setting up vendor meetings. Help the Head of Applications build a better understanding of the application portfolio and the Servest business model. This contract role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and three years of application development or IT support experience, with a focus on Microsoft applications and databases.
