Junior AP Accountant

Process non-PO and PO invoices, review the AP register, vendor statements, and payment reminders, and ensure timely approvals in the invoice workflow system. Perform detailed reviews of posting correctness for cost centers, business units, and VAT codes prior to month close, and proactively reconcile accounts and open issues. Execute monthly and accurate AP-GL reconciliations, accruals posting, currency revaluations, and quarterly reviews of open transactions with vendors. Update process documentation, perform relevant controls, support internal and external audits, and participate in assigned projects and ERP system testing.
