Job Summary
You will analyze client website data to create reports and identify opportunities for CRO, using Google Sheets, GA4, and CRM tools; you’ll detect data anomalies, gather requirements from project managers to tailor key reports, maintain a searchable report database, and spot opportunities for A/B testing. The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, cross-functional communication, and building internal analytics capabilities, with an indefinite contract and flexible hours overlapping 8am–12pm EST. Remote work is available from the Philippines (Baguio) with an emphasis on learning and internal promotion; training is provided and GA4/CRM familiarity is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of analytics experience (nice to have)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Data literacy
