Job Summary
Junior Analyst at Yellowtail Conclusion offers on-the-job learning by actively contributing to challenging projects for leading financial institutions, including ABN AMRO, Aegon, SNS, Rabobank, PGGM and Triodos. You’ll engage in data-driven business analysis, process modelling, data exploration and development, with guidance from mentors within a collaborative team. Responsibilities include drafting recommendations to improve internal processes backed by detailed analyses and data insights, identifying new growth opportunities through research, benchmarks and data models, and cultivating valuable client relationships. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, structured work methods, and the ability to communicate findings in Dutch and English, while enabling flexible remote work and end-to-end involvement from concept to delivery. The position requires an almost-completed master’s degree, a strong interest in IT and Finance, 0–2 years of experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (nearly completed) in a related field such as Business Information Management, Digital Business & Innovation or similar
- Strong affinity for IT and Finance
- 0–2 years of experience as Junior Analyst or Junior Consultant
- Sharp analytical skills; ability to process new information quickly and in a structured way
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English for clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to collecting, structuring and interpreting data
