Junior Analyst with Spanish and/or Portuguese

Junior Analyst with Spanish and/or Portuguese responsible for collecting, cleaning, organizing, processing and analyzing compensation and policy data to prepare customized reports for Mercer clients. You will develop expertise in areas such as job matching and leveling, benchmarking, and competitiveness analyses, deliver ad hoc queries and data analyses, and support Mercer consultants across regions with data insights via email and client calls. You will assist with maintaining Excel templates and tools, ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction, and participate in development programs while working in a hybrid setup based in Warsaw. Requirements include 1+ year of professional experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with Excel and MS Tools, good English communication, and a degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics, HR).
