Job Summary
Conduct investment analysis and due diligence support for new deals, follow-on transactions, and divestments by preparing first-pass assessments, deal summaries, and sector snapshots. Execute financial modeling tasks including revenue models, cost structures, and scenario analysis while gathering data for quarterly performance reports and Board packs. Perform primary and secondary research on energy transition technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks to produce sector maps and market intelligence updates. Monitor deal flow and M&A activity, coordinating with external advisers and managing data room organization throughout transaction processes.
Required Qualifications
