Job Summary
Role focuses on monitoring fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, analyzing customer data with SQL and data tools, building dashboards in Power BI, identifying trends and anomalies, supporting investigations, and exploring Generative AI tools to automate reporting. Collaboration with internal teams and ability to communicate insights to stakeholders are essential, along with a proactive attitude and curiosity to develop expertise in fraud detection and compliance analytics. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational experience with SQL
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Interest in fraud prevention and compliance analytics
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to translate data findings into insights
- Exposure to Python or Jupyter Notebooks is a plus
