Job Summary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute high-impact innovation projects within Entrust's security product segments. Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions integrating AI technologies, including REST APIs and scalable microservices, while establishing robust testing practices and comprehensive documentation. Support the implementation of the innovation pipeline from pilot to production by leveraging cloud platforms for cost-effective deployment. Develop and optimize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel, ensuring alignment with project needs and operational excellence across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
- +1 year experience with Generative AI technologies and practical experience building AI agents, either programmatically or with AI coding tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code
- Understanding of AI agent architectures, tool orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, and emerging interoperability protocols such as MCP and A2A
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tooling
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development
- Proficiency in Docker for containerization
- Proficiency in Linux operation system and scripting
- +2 years' experience and expertise in 3 (or more) Object Oriented languages (preferred Go and/or Python), Design Patterns and UML
- Familiarity with REST API design principles and implementation
- SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB) database design skills
- Location: Barcelona (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
