Junior AI Builder Intern

Lead discovery, development, and implementation of AI and digital solutions across the lifecycle of the digital insurance journey. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to prototype and scale ideas across geographies. Own the innovation pipeline from idea generation to proof-of-concept and scaling. Conduct user research and usability studies with designers, developers, and research teams. Partner with IT to manage the roadmap and backlog for digital products ensuring timely delivery. Monitor and evaluate product performance for continuous improvement. Optimize product performance through iterative development and data-driven refinements. Build processes to design new products and propositions using customer research and data to meet customer needs. Proficient in AI tools such as Claude Code and MS Copilot. Duration: 6 - 12 months.
