Job Summary
Delivery-focused junior affiliate marketing role in London, supporting the Affiliate Manager across operations, managing day-to-day partner engagement, monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving growth. Responsibilities include running campaigns, monitoring key metrics, producing KPI reports, aligning affiliate strategy with the brand plan, auditing publisher accounts, negotiating and optimising partnerships, growing the UK affiliate portfolio, managing budget and ROI, and collaborating with data/analytics teams to turn performance data into actionable insights. Skills include affiliate account operations, campaign optimization, partner relationship management across tiers, KPI reporting, data analysis, familiarity with Partnerize or similar platforms, and proficiency in MS Office. The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, driving revenue targets, and delivering clear, stakeholder-ready reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in affiliate or influencer marketing management with track record of managing partner relationships, running campaigns, and delivering against revenue and ROI targets
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing industry: commission models, tracking solutions, publisher types, platform mechanics
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Partnerize or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to produce performance reports
- Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams to optimise channel investment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with affiliate partners across tiers
- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or D2C e-commerce environments
- Knowledge of paid media or broader performance marketing channels
