Job Summary
Junior Affiliate Manager responsible for developing and expanding affiliates, monitoring ROI and ROMI, managing affiliate marketing budgets, ensuring up-to-date marketing materials (campaigns, design, landing pages, bonuses, links), and contributing to profitability through data-driven decision making. Role emphasizes testing new products in affiliate marketing, optimization of affiliate performance, KPI fulfillment, and collaboration within a ~50-person marketing team (affiliate, media buying, SEO, and technical teams). Requires strong planning, negotiation, and communication skills, fluency or near-fluency in English, and helpful Spanish language knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret data to drive profitability
- An understanding of affiliate marketing concepts — traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, income, profit, ROMI
- Good analytics and fraud management skills
