Job Summary
Communicate with internal teams to determine project requirements, facilitate meetings, and request status updates from stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met. Support monthly credit card reconciliation by reviewing transactions, monitoring balances, and resolving discrepancies while maintaining up-to-date records of client information. Assist with accounts payable processing, email management, and tracking checklists to notify the team of necessary action items. Complete ad-hoc projects and other basic administrative tasks as directed by leadership. This part-time role requires working 4 hours per day or up to 20 hours per week at the Tri Star office, supporting a firm that provides financial and advisory services to high net-worth clients in the sports and entertainment industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Business, Music, or relevant industry program
- Ability to work 4 hours per day or up to 20 hours per week
- Ability to reliably commute and report to the Tri Star office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Excel
- Previous accounts payable or credit card reconciliation experience
- Extremely detail-oriented to accomplish multiple administrative projects successfully
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across the organization
