Job Summary
Learn Accounts Receivable processes and company procedures while receiving structured training and mentoring in an international Shared Service Centre. Support invoice creation, monitor workflows, and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies. Participate in month-end closing activities, AR reporting, and KPI tracking while communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Independently process invoices in SAP, manage assigned customer accounts, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in financial controls and modern finance systems within a global automotive technology environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics/Economics
- English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical understanding
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Microsoft Excel (basic level)
- Microsoft Office package
Desired Qualifications
- Internship or student practice in accounting or finance
- SAP knowledge
- German, or other European languages
