Job Summary
Process supplier invoices in SAP, validate and match invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, and monitor invoice workflows to follow up on pending items. Support vendor account maintenance, month-end closing activities, and supplier account reconciliations while assisting with AP reporting and KPI tracking. Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding invoice-related inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. This junior role includes structured training and mentoring from experienced AP professionals within an international Shared Service Centre environment across multiple European locations. Recent graduates with a degree in accounting, finance, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Mathematics/Economics
- English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical understanding
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Microsoft Excel (basic level)
- Microsoft Office package
Desired Qualifications
- Internship or student practice in accounting or finance
- SAP knowledge
- German, or other European languages
