Job Summary
Support preparation and analysis of financial reports for our global real estate investments; perform reconciliations of accounts receivable/payable; maintain financial models and analyze performance metrics such as IRR, cap rate, and dividend yield; ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards; collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits; deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Cleared CA Intermediate 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a focus on real estate investments
- Previous employment with a Big 4 accounting firm, with experience in advisory services
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis
- Be able to deliver to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload
- Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fluency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Drive the evolution of financial empowerment through ethical principles
