Job Summary
Junior Accountant needed to coordinate and produce financial reports (monthly and annual closings), manage intercompany reconciliations with European subsidiaries, coordinate bank transactions across European entities, and allocate various costs globally (Global Allocation). Responsible for Switzerland VAT returns, support on European VAT topics with partners, monitor webshop transactions, and participate in process analyses and optimization. Works with teams across Spain, UK, Italy, Netherlands, USA, and Switzerland in an international environment; requires structured, precise work, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Buchhaltungsbereich von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung in den Finanzen
- Versierter Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Teamfähigkeit und rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Zahlenflair
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, selbständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
