Job Summary
Junior Accountant role focusing on day-to-day transactional accounting to support monthly close across multiple entities. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable in Bill.com, coding Ramp transactions, Expensify expense reports, managing payment disputes across Stripe and Fiserv, supporting month-end close in FloQast and Sage Intacct (bank reconciliations, reconciliations for Ramp, prepaid and fixed asset schedules, and standard accruals), maintaining documentation for audit readiness, and seeking automation improvements in Ramp, Bill.com, and Expensify. Requires strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of debits/credits; experience with multi-entity environments is a plus. Remote-friendly with full remote working flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred; relevant work experience may substitute
- 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable; multi-entity experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills (reporting, vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, Expensify preferred; FloQast and Sage Intacct familiarity a plus
- Experience handling payment processor disputes or chargebacks (Stripe, Fiserv) a plus
