Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools)
- Experience using PROCAS, Deltek, or similar software
- Experience using payroll systems: Paylocity, ADP, Paychex, or similar
- Experience utilizing invoicing platforms: PIEE, IPP, GSA or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
