Job Summary
Process accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, and complete bank reconciliations while maintaining accurate financial records. Assist with month-end reporting, payroll, statutory reporting, and budgeting activities. Respond to finance enquiries and provide general administrative support to the finance team. This role reports to the Financial Accountant at KTrans, a family-owned Western Australian logistics business. Up to two years of accounting experience is required, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Competitive salary of $78,000 per annum is offered with benefits including salary sacrifice and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- Up to 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience with Xero, Approval Max, or other accounting software
