Junior Accountant I - Time Administrator

Job Summary
Lead Time and Labor and Payroll processing while ensuring adherence to policies, applicable law, and internal controls. Serve as the primary point of escalation for time/labor issues and support project teams on related inquiries. Manage automated feeds between ADP and Unanet to ensure accurate labor setup for new hires and subcontractors, while processing semi-monthly timesheets and prior period corrections. Prepare labor reconciliations, coordinate monthly financial close activities, and generate weekly/monthly reports. Analyze processes to identify issues and recommend improvements, developing training content to educate stakeholders on timely and accurate timekeeping. Partner with technical support to resolve unforeseen Unanet issues and document resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of Payroll/Time Administration/relevant accounting / finance experience
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
