Job Summary
Support operational finance accounting by independently managing debtor, creditor, and asset ledger entries, including posting and verifying incoming and outgoing invoices. Monitor payment traffic, maintain account data, and assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements. Generate analyses and reports while contributing to the optimization and digitalization of accounting processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Handle administrative tasks and support controlling initiatives across international group companies. Requires 1–2 years of experience in financial accounting or tax advisory, strong Excel skills, and fluent German and English. Offers a hybrid workplace in central Düsseldorf with 30 days of annual leave, variable compensation, and active promotion of professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erste Berufserfahrung von etwa 1 bis 2 Jahren in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder in einer Steuerkanzlei
- Kenntnisse in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
- Exzellent Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder einer vergleichbaren Buchhaltungssoftware
