Junior Accountant(Be a part of our growing team!)

Assist the Project Accountant with project accounting tasks in a general contractor environment. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, processing invoices or data entry into accounting systems, and supporting budgeting and expense tracking. Leverage MS Office and construction software (CMiC or similar) for accurate financial reporting, data management, and communication with internal teams and vendors. Maintain attention to detail in data entry, numbers, and documentation, follow structured processes (invoice routing, approvals, filing), and contribute to learning construction accounting processes such as job costing and project tracking.
