Manage client relationships, optimize processes, and ensure smooth operations by collaborating with the Account Manager on contract management, including tool updates and access coordination. Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, meetings, and presentations while training clients on Coface tools. Support pricing discussions, policy design, and renewal processes to ensure compliance and initiate policy issuance. Handle KYC compliance, coordinate with customers and specialists, and act as the interface between clients and accounting for settlements. Manage contract terminations and extensions while providing backup support to the Account Manager. Requires a degree in finance, economics, law, or related fields with initial professional experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent German and English proficiency.
