Job Summary
Junior Account Manager responsible for expanding the Western Balkans territory, maintaining and developing partner relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, and OTAs, collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities, providing system training to partners, positioning the brand through product presentations and networking, handling incident issues and payments control, and delivering market and competitive analyses with regular CRM/internal reporting. The role involves up to 10% travel for client meetings and industry events, requires fluency in English and Serbian (additional languages a plus), and emphasizes an analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mindset in a fast-changing travel-tech environment.
