Job Summary
Junior Account Manager for Residential Key Accounts focusing on end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Key Account Manager and key accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining client profiles, contracts, pricing agreements, and reporting materials; coordinating cross-team communication; supporting business reviews and strategic account planning; preparing client presentations and materials; tracking KPIs, quotas, and renewals; assisting with travel logistics and event support; and upholding confidentiality of sensitive client data. Ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a fast-paced B2B environment. Travel up to 30-50% within North America; remote role with preference for candidates in the St. Louis, MO area. Must have experience with accounting/support or sales support, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in accounting support, sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent diligence, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support travel for key account activities.
