Job Summary
Support customer acquisition and account management activities by building relationships with customers, qualifying opportunities, and following up with prospects to convert leads into customers. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through order placement while maintaining an accurate opportunity pipeline within assigned industries or geographies. Work with incoming warm leads, assist in building repeatable sales, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain regular customer contact, identify new business opportunities, and document all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Initial experience in sales, account management, business development, customer service, or a related field
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
- Readiness and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where priorities can evolve quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a B2B environment
- Interest in IT, digitalisation, and modern technologies, with a willingness to learn and actively use new tools and software
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation, 3D printing, or related technical industries
- Portuguese
- Strong customer orientation and genuine interest in building positive, long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to learn from challenges and find practical solutions
- Motivation to learn, develop sales skills, take on increasing responsibility, and achieve sales targets
