Job Summary
Junior Account Manager responsible for servicing global B2B clients in technology and internet/web services. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients needing assistance with CSC’s internet products and services, delivering world-class service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to enterprise clients. You will manage a portfolio of domain names and digital assets, build and maintain client relationships, troubleshoot order requests and technical problems, and escalate unresolved issues as needed. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to support client brand launches, stay informed on service offerings and industry changes, and strive to meet and exceed performance metrics such as world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS). The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual skills are a plus. The position offers training, mentorship, a collaborative team environment, and a hybrid work schedule.
