Job Summary
Junior Account Executive - AI Sales role focused on outbound campaigns and end-to-end pre-sales with an emphasis on closing high-value SaaS/AI opportunities. Responsibilities include running structured outbound cadences across multiple channels, handling qualification and in-depth productDeep dives, articulating Quantanite’s value proposition (AI-driven operational transformation, intelligent automation, and customer engagement solutions), and building relationships with senior stakeholders to drive high-probability deals. The role matures into a full Account Executive within 6 months, with a focus on closing $200k+ opportunities and experience in outbound pre-sales, quota-bearing pipelines, and familiarity with sales acceleration tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or related B2B sales environment
- Proven outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression experience
- Demonstrated experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally $1.2M+
- Hands-on experience using sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar platforms
- Ability to identify genuine business pain, understand commercial value, and distinguish real opportunities from low-probability pipeline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with senior stakeholders and economic buyers
