Job Summary
Junior Account Executive – AI Sales (Remote, USA) role focused on maturing into a full Account Executive within 6 months; responsible for running structured outbound campaigns, managing the full pre-sales cycle (cold calls, qualification, deep dives), and engaging senior stakeholders to create and close high-potential AI-enabled SaaS opportunities. The role emphasizes outbound execution, understanding customer pain points, articulating Quantanite’s value proposition (AI-enabled operations and customer engagement solutions), and advancing opportunities toward high-win-probability deals. Occasional travel to client sites may be required and right to work in the USA is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call center solutions, or a related B2B sales environment
- Essential: Proven outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression experience
- Essential: Demonstrated experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at $1.2M or greater
- Essential: Hands-on experience using sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar platforms
- Essential: Ability to identify genuine business pain, understand commercial value, and distinguish real opportunities from low-probability pipeline
- Essential: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers professionally
- Preferred: Experience in a tech-led BPO, call center, CX, AI-enabled operations, or consulting environment
- Preferred: Formal sales training, Miller Heiman methodology
- Preferred: Experience selling into eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, Utilities, Healthcare
