Job Summary
Junior Account Executive – AI Sales focused on maturing into an Account Executive within 6 months. Responsible for running a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to qualification and deep-dive discussions, engaging senior stakeholders, and conveying Quantanite’s AI-enabled value proposition to enterprise clients. Role emphasizes outbound campaigns, multi-modal outreach, and building commercially meaningful opportunities with a high probability of win. Occasional travel to client sites may be required. Remote work available within the USA.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or a related B2B sales environment.
- Proven outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression experience.
- Experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at a level of $1.2M or greater.
