Job Summary
Junior Account Executive role focused on AI-driven SaaS sales, with a full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to qualification and closing opportunities. The position aims to mature into an Account Executive within six months and targets closing $200k+ opportunities. You will engage enterprise clients around AI-enabled operations, intelligent automation, and customer engagement solutions, articulate Quantanite’s value proposition, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to maximize win probability. Travel to client sites is occasional; role requires outbound cadence, qualification, deep product understanding, and collaboration across GTM motions. Experience in SaaS/AI sales, outbound pre-sales, quota-bearing roles, and proficiency with sales acceleration tools is required; familiarity with industries like eCommerce, Travel & Hospitality, Utilities, or Healthcare is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS, AI, consulting, technology-led BPO, CX, call centre solutions, or related B2B sales environment
- Proven experience in outbound pre-sales, opportunity creation, and early-stage deal progression using formal Go-To-Market frameworks
- Demonstrated experience carrying a sales or pipeline quota for at least 1–2 years, ideally at a level of $1.2M or greater
- Hands-on experience using sales acceleration tools such as Orum, Clay, Lemlist, Unify, or similar platforms
- Ability to identify genuine business pain, understand commercial value, and distinguish real opportunities from low-probability pipeline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers professionally
