Job Summary
Develop the a la carte menu with the chef, manage daily purchasing for kitchen preparation, and lead a station during service hours. Prepare food for both a la carte and banquet events while mentoring apprentices and commis de cuisine. Maintain team morale and facilitate communication between the kitchen and hotel management. Requires a completed culinary training and motivation for continuous experience gathering in gastronomy.
