Prepare breakfast buffets and four-course evening menus in buffet style three to four days per week, collaborating with kitchen assistants to ensure high-quality food presentation and proper buffet control. Execute daily kitchen cleaning, inspections, and HACCP hygiene compliance while managing orders within budget constraints and overseeing product deliveries. This summer role from mid-May to mid-October includes free accommodation, meals, and social security registration in Austria, with pay determined by agreement.
