Jungbauleiter im Garten- und Landschaftsbau (m/w/d)

Manage the full spectrum of construction leadership for garden and landscape projects, from initial client consultations through final settlement. Responsibilities include customer consultation, developing design proposals, site preparation, procurement, organizing and supervising on-site execution, managing change orders, taking measurements, and billing. This role supports smaller to medium-sized projects within the Rhein-Main, Rhein-Nahe, and Hunsrück regions. We offer an intensive onboarding period with ongoing support from experienced site managers and the entire office and construction team.
