Job Summary
Director of Account Management to lead the account management function for Jaan Health’s healthcare clients, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Role entails owning end-to-end client relationships across medical groups and networks, leading and developing the account management team, serving as executive escalation point, partnering with Sales on renewals/upsell, overseeing onboarding and launch, collaborating with Product and Clinical teams to surface feedback and close experience gaps, and building scalable playbooks and metrics. Requires 10+ years in account management or client success in healthcare, 5+ years of leadership, strong healthcare operations knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel 30-50%. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; compensation and benefits described.”,
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of account management or client success experience, preferably in healthcare services, health IT, or a value-based care setting
- 5+ years of leadership experience building and driving teams to hit revenue targets
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including billing workflows and payer/provider dynamics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with limited structure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 30-50% of the time for client visits to develop relationships, conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews and drive revenue growth
