Job Summary
Jumper Testing Operator responsible for testing and verifying electrical jumper cables and assemblies according to defined procedures; inspect and verify electrical connections, continuity, and functionality; report defects or non-conformities; maintain records of testing results; ensure safety and internal quality compliance; collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues; follow workplace safety regulations. Requires valid electrician certification and experience in electrical testing or related technical role; ability to read technical documentation and wiring diagrams; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills for documentation and reporting; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification as an electrician (mandatory)
- Previous experience in electrical testing, manufacturing, or similar technical role
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (for documentation/reporting)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
