Job Summary
Welcome guests with open arms, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain a clean work environment while managing store sales. Practice strong communication with guests, the shift leader, and your manager to uphold the Clean Juice 10 core values. Actively make decisions to ensure timely, quality product delivery and adhere to health code requirements for food sanitation. Perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Open to constructive criticism and constantly striving to improve
- Ability and willingness to perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work
- Flexible schedule considered an asset
