Job Summary
Welcome guests with open arms, deliver exceptional experiences with quality products, and manage store sales by taking orders and ringing up guests. Uphold Clean Juice 10 core values, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to health code requirements to ensure the store maintains 98% or above sanitation standards. Practice strong communication with guests, the shift leader, and your manager while actively making decisions to uphold the guest experience. Perform other duties assigned by management, including light housekeeping and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Open to constructive criticism and constantly striving to improve
- Ability and willingness to perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work
- Flexible schedule considered an asset
