Job Summary
Welcome guests with open arms, delivering an exceptional experience with quality product in a timely fashion. Practice strong communication skills with guests, the shift leader, and your manager while actively making decisions to uphold a great guest experience. Manage store sales by taking orders and ringing up guests, all while maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to health code requirements to ensure a 98% or above compliance rate. You must be a Grinder willing to work in a standing position for long periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Possess the ability to keep calm during high-pressure, transaction-heavy periods and perform light housekeeping duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Open to constructive criticism and constantly striving to improve
- Ability and willingness to perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work
- Flexible schedule considered an asset
