Job Summary
Welcome guests with open arms, manage store sales by taking orders and ringing up customers, and deliver an exceptional guest experience paired with quality product in a timely fashion. Uphold the Clean Juice 10 core values through strong communication with guests, the shift leader, and your manager while actively making decisions to maintain a great guest experience. Maintain a clean work environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above sanitation score. Work in a standing position for long periods while reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Join a dedicated, fun team committed to growing the Clean Juice brand while providing unapologetically honest feedback and constantly strategizing to improve the product and process.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to keep calm and effectively communicate during high-pressure and transaction-heavy time periods
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Open to constructive criticism and constantly striving to improve
- Ability and willingness to perform light housekeeping duties and additional side work
- Flexible schedule considered an asset
