Job Summary
Maintain databases for various programs and assist internal and external customers with database support and troubleshooting. Manage equipment asset coordination information, entries, and audits while ordering office supplies. Plan and prepare for meetings by scheduling rooms, ordering refreshments, arranging A/V equipment, and copying materials. Provide quality customer service through screening telephone calls and emails, and assist staff in organizing data and documents. Support the Psychological Examiners unit with backup coverage for other units and projects as requested. Handle receptionist duties including front desk backup coverage two to three times monthly. Secure travel arrangements for staff and assist with project management tasks. Work in a hybrid environment with normal business hours Monday through Friday, with occasional hours outside normal business required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in business, administrative support, or a related field
- 3-5 years of office/clerical experience
- Must feel comfortable in a fast-paced, professional work environment
- Strong customer service orientation is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Teams technology, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships throughout the organization and with external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and projects under deadlines
- Ability to learn new skills and willingness to take on new projects as required
- Ability to take work direction from multiple stakeholders
- May require periods of extended sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
- Minimum of 8-10 days per month in person at the Minnesota Judicial Center in St. Paul, Minnesota
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating large meetings both in-person and virtually
- Familiarity with Psychological Examination terminology and court processes related to psychological evaluations
