Job Summary
Teach Judaic and Hebrew to Pre-K through 8th grade students across Sunday morning sessions and weekday classes. Create engaging lessons that reflect Jewish customs, holidays, prayers, and Hebrew; foster lasting relationships with families; collaborate with the Director of Education, clergy, and fellow teachers to make Jewish life and learning meaningful, engaging, and fun for all families; align instruction with the school’s schedule (Sunday mornings for Pre-K–7th, Thursday afternoons for Grades 3–6, and Monday evenings for Middle/High School); demonstrate creativity and engagement in the classroom and participate in ongoing professional collaboration; complete background check as part of hiring process.
