Job Summary
Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing areas by recommending equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production yields. Integrate equipment and material capabilities to satisfy process and technology target specifications while reviewing product development requirements for compatibility. Lead innovation, development, and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, including feasibility work, material selection, and process equipment assessment. Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and ensure all procedures comply with regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and enhance manufacturing techniques. First shift availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- 3+ years in validation experience
- knowledge in validations in a medical devices environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- attention to detail
- Availability to work first and / or second shift (If require) mainly first shift
