Job Summary
Monitor sterilization cycles continuously and ensure uninterrupted production by loading and unloading vessels on time. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements on sterilizers and mechanical equipment, including lubricating parts and troubleshooting control panels. Operate metalworking tools like lathes and grinders to fabricate or fix components while initiating purchase orders for necessary parts. Conduct calibrations, take process samples, and fill out all required documentation and reports. Maintain a clean environment and observe strict safety, cGMP, and regulatory compliance. Work any shift, including holidays and overtime, within minimum supervision while handling multiple tasks and projects.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation
- 1 year of related experience in the steam sterilization area
- Able to work at any shift
- Able to work Holidays, extra hours, or any shift when required
- Able to work within minimum supervision
