Job Summary
Senior technical product-support engineer for Temenos’ PACS team, responsible for handling client incidents end-to-end, analyzing tickets, validating information, performing root-cause analysis, documenting defects and workarounds, and guiding clients through solutions during software implementations and upgrades. Role requires hands-on coding experience in Java, C, C++, and Python, experience in 24/7 client-facing support, and ability to provide technical reference during deployments, with on-site analysis as needed to supportGo Live and upgrade milestones. Strong emphasis on knowledge-base contributions (FAQ/HowTo) and collaboration with Development and Client IT teams to ensure satisfactory resolution and customer experience in a banking domain context.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA
- 10 Plus years of Product Support experience
- coding experience/exposure in Java/C/C++/Python
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Experience working in 24/7 support teams
- Ability to analyze tickets, provide root-cause analysis, and document fixes
- Onsite analysis availability during Go Live/upgrade phases
