Job Summary
Partner with operational and executive leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture by conducting regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead accident investigations, develop project-specific safety plans, and enforce subcontractor compliance with OSHA standards. Deliver training programs, monitor safety metrics, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Serve as the primary safety advisor for project teams across the Dallas region, supporting multiple sites through local travel. Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Preconstruction on safety planning and constructability reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of construction safety experience
- Direct experience supporting Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and risk management principles
- Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage employees, subcontractors, and leadership in maintaining a strong safety culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations and safety training
- Ability to manage multiple project sites and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software platforms
- Qualified candidates will be required to submit a background screening upon acceptance of an offer
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
