JR135 Safety Coordinator

Develop safety culture by performing site inspections and audits, conducting virtual and in-person training, and authoring project-specific safety plans. Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams on safety pre-planning and lookaheads, ensure subcontractor compliance with OSHA regulations, and participate in project meetings. Implement new training programs while managing local travel for site visits. Requires a college degree in a safety-related discipline, 3-5 years of construction safety experience, and preferred certifications including OSHA 500/30, CHST, CHSP, or CSP.
