Job Summary
Manage complete project scope, proposal requirements, and exclusions while coordinating architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Provide the shop with accurate fabrication documents, product data, and approved drawings. Manage work orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost impacts, budget breakouts, and profitability tracking using Innergy ERP Software. Develop and coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules to ensure milestone adherence. Coordinate procurement, material takeoffs, vendors, subcontractors, shipping, and field activities. Recommend value-engineering options and alternates to protect budget, schedule, and design intent. Communicate proactively with clients and project partners to resolve issues. Mentor assistant project managers and support team development.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience managing millwork, cabinetry, architectural products, or similar manufactured construction projects
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while successfully supporting projects with extended schedules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-driven and accountable, with effective teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in office environments
- Willingness to develop a strong understanding of architectural millwork and construction methods
- Qualified candidates will be required to submit to a background screening upon acceptance of an offer
