Job Summary
Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance and pre-installation safety evaluations. Prepare and communicate project schedules, coordinate daily subcontractor activities, and ensure construction proceeds according to design, budget, and schedule. Conduct pre-installation safety evaluations, schedule necessary and final inspections, and monitor daily procedures to achieve proper quality. Report problems promptly to the Project Manager, manage construction budgets, track costs, and submit invoices to Accounting. Maintain consistent communication with project management staff and respond to onsite incidents and emergencies per company procedures. Requires seven years of construction experience with two years in aviation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of construction experience
- Experience in all facets of the project
- Advanced knowledge of associated trades including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, finish trades, layout, etc.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Aviation experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Strong team leadership skills
- Ability to communicate

- Ability to enforce safety regulations
