Job Summary
Jr. Youth Development Professional needed to assist with operating a quality school-age childcare program in compliance with Delacare rules; responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate programs for ages 6-12, ensuring safe implementation of activities and equipment, upholding club policies, serving as a positive youth role model, and supporting community presence of the Boys & Girls Club in Delaware. Must help address licensing requirements, support program delivery under the supervision of the Impact Programs Team and Club Director, and adapt to varied environments and schedules (Spring 3:00PM–6:00PM; Summer 7:00AM–6:00PM).
